رَضِيْتُ بِاللهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالإسْلامِ دِيْناً، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا [ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ]

I am pleased with Allāh as the Lord, and Islam as the religion and Muḥammad as the Prophet.
