Texto árabe e tradução (sura The Power)
Ayah 1
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ
Sabei que o revelamos (o Alcorão), na Noite do Decreto.
Ayah 2
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ
E o que te fará entender o que é a Noite do Decreto?
Ayah 3
لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
A Noite do Decreto é melhor do que mil meses.
Ayah 4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
Nela descem os anjos e o Espírito (Anjo Gabriel), com a anuência do seu Senhor, para executar todas as Suas ordens.
Ayah 5
سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
(Ela) é paz, até ao romper da aurora!
