Ayah 1
تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ
Perish (the) hands (of) Abu Lahab and perish he
Ayah 2
مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ
Not (will) avail him his wealth and what he earned
Ayah 3
سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ
He will be burnt (in) a Fire of Blazing Flames
Ayah 4
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ
And his wife (the) carrier (of) firewood
Ayah 5
فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ
In her neck (will be) a rope of palm-fiber
